axelray-devandXubin Ren 4275678b43 feat(webui): add new chat keyboard shortcut 
Add Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+O shortcut to start a new chat, matching the
convention used by ChatGPT, Claude.ai, and Gemini.

Addresses #4178
