Bind SessionManager saves to the existing raw archive path so SDK imports and other bypass saves cannot persist more than the file cap without archiving unconsolidated overflow.
Add an SDK regression test that exercises the real ingest path.

Keep only 128 recently used sessions strongly cached while retaining weak references to evicted sessions still owned by active callers. This bounds idle memory growth without allowing duplicate live Session objects or skipping shutdown flushes.

The test_run_populates_tools_used_across_iterations,
test_run_populates_final_messages, and
test_run_user_hooks_still_fire_alongside_capture tests were reading
bot._loop._extra_hooks directly in their fake_process_direct mocks,
but the contextvar change moved per-call hooks to _per_call_hooks.
Also fixes the ephemeral guard: per_call hooks should not be used in
ephemeral mode (the original code incorrectly applied them regardless).
The SDK opened MCP connections through AgentLoop.process_direct but
never called close_mcp, leaving stdio MCP generators to be finalized
during asyncio shutdown from a different task, producing a RuntimeError
about exiting a cancel scope in a different task.
Add aclose() that delegates to AgentLoop.close_mcp (which already
drains background tasks and closes MCP stacks), plus __aenter__ and
__aexit__ so the SDK works as an async context manager.

maintainer edit: keep cancellation out of on_error so shutdown paths do not look like run failures, and let the SDK capture hook use the authoritative after_run snapshot.
GlobTool is redundant — GrepTool already supports glob-based file
filtering via its `glob` parameter, making a standalone glob-only
tool unnecessary. Removing it simplifies the tool surface and reduces
LLM confusion between glob and grep.
Extract duplicated bus/provider/loop initialization from CLI commands
(serve, _run_gateway, agent) and Nanobot facade into a single
AgentLoop.from_config() classmethod.
- Remove _make_provider() from cli/commands.py and nanobot.py
- Remove inline provider creation in all three CLI entry points
- AgentLoop.from_config() creates MessageBus, calls make_provider(),
and assembles AgentLoop with all standard config-derived parameters
- Supports **extra overrides for callers that need custom args
(e.g. cron_service, session_manager, provider_snapshot_loader)
- Update tests to mock make_provider at nanobot.providers.factory
and add from_config classmethod to _FakeAgentLoop fixtures
This is PR 1/4 of the model-preset feature decomposition.
``Nanobot.run()`` has always documented ``RunResult.tools_used`` and
``RunResult.messages`` but actually returned ``[]`` for both, so SDK
consumers could never inspect which tools fired or what the final
message list looked like — the only useful field was ``content``.
This threads the data out via a tiny ``_SDKCaptureHook`` that installs
alongside any user-supplied hooks. The capture hook accumulates tool
names across iterations and snapshots the message list on each
``after_iteration`` call; the last snapshot reflects end-of-turn state.
Only the SDK facade is touched: ``AgentLoop.process_direct`` and
``AgentRunner`` signatures are unchanged, so channels / CLI / API paths
are unaffected.
