refactor(tools): remove GlobTool

GlobTool is redundant — GrepTool already supports glob-based file
filtering via its `glob` parameter, making a standalone glob-only
tool unnecessary. Removing it simplifies the tool surface and reduces
LLM confusion between glob and grep.
